La legge annuale per il mercato e la concorrenza prevede, a decorrere dal 2018, specifici obblighi di trasparenza a carico di imprese ed associazioni beneficiarie di contributi e sovvenzioni dalle pubbliche amministrazioni<\/p>\n

La Legge annuale per il mercato e la concorrenza (L. 4 agosto 2017, n. 124) all’articolo 1, commi 125-129 prevede che a decorrere dall’anno 2018, le associazioni di protezione ambientale, associazioni dei consumatori e degli utenti<\/strong>, nonch\u00e9 le associazioni, Onlus e fondazioni che intrattengono rapporti economici con pubbliche amministrazioni (o enti assimilati) o societ\u00e0 da esse controllate o partecipate, comprese le societ\u00e0 con titoli quotati, siano tenute a pubblicare entro il 30 giugno di ogni anno, nei propri siti o portali digitali<\/strong>, le informazioni relative a sovvenzioni, contributi, incarichi retribuiti <\/strong><\/em>e comunque a vantaggi economici di qualunque genere<\/strong><\/em> ricevuti dalle medesime pubbliche amministrazioni e dai medesimi soggetti nell’anno precedente.
Le imprese<\/strong> che ricevono sovvenzioni, contributi, incarichi retribuiti<\/strong><\/em> e comunque vantaggi economici di qualunque genere<\/em><\/strong> dalle pubbliche amministrazioni e soggetti assimilati sono tenute a pubblicare tali importi nella nota integrativa del bilancio di esercizio e nella nota integrativa dell’eventuale bilancio consolidato.<\/strong><\/p>\n
