La realizzazione del bilancio sociale permette, per la prima volta in via ufficiale, all\u2019Istituto San Giuseppe Societ\u00e0 Cooperativa Sociale di affiancare al \u201ctradizionale\u201d bilancio di esercizio, uno strumento che si propone di rispondere alle esigenze informative e conoscitive dei diversi stakeholders, interni ed esterni, che non possono essere ricondotte alla sola dimensione economica.<\/p>\n
Il bilancio sociale rappresenta un mezzo con il quale la Cooperativa comunica il proprio progetto educativo, la missione, gli obiettivi, le strategie e le attivit\u00e0. Uno strumento qualitativo che intende monitorare la qualit\u00e0 dei servizi offerti, il progetto formativo delle attivit\u00e0 educative, la gestione e l\u2019operativit\u00e0. Uno strumento che pu\u00f2 aiutare a cogliere e valorizzare alcuni punti di forza e, grazie ai feedback dei portatori di interesse, a migliorare i punti di debolezza al fine di garantire un servizio efficace sempre pi\u00f9 attento al mondo che lo circonda.<\/p>\n
In questo anno, particolarmente funestato dalla pandemia Covid, che ha fortemente inciso e sta ancora incidendo sulle attivit\u00e0 educative, appare particolarmente rilevante riflettere sugli orizzonti di medio e lungo periodo che possano giustificare e sostenere lo sforzo eccezionale che tutta la Cooperativa ha messo e sta mettendo in campo per garantire qualit\u00e0 ed efficacia dei servizi offerti in favore di famiglie e minori.<\/p>\n
Il presente bilancio sociale \u00e8 stato presentato e condiviso nell\u2019Assemblea dei soci che ne ha deliberato l\u2019approvazione.<\/p>\n
